The Wisdom Keeper's programs
Peaceful World Yoga owner, Melissa Spencer, is the creator and founder of The Wisdom Keeper's Programs that offer senior adults practices to increase vitality and brain function, create more mobility in the body, stimulate the mind, and create community connections that allows for a sense of peace and belonging
Our Wisdom Keeper programs are taught by certified teachers and faculty of Peaceful World Yoga in their specific area of expertise. All of our programs focus on mobility, balance, strength, flexibility, improved cognitive funtion, and community engagement
Benefits of a variety of different learning modalities for seniors have been known to help adults in the following areas:

Wisdom keeper Programs
Peaceful World Wisdom Keepers programs are fun, interactive, and create community connection as well as a sense of overall well-being. Our programs range from Gentle Floor Yoga using props, to chair yoga that supports balance and those who use walkers and wheelchairs. Don't let the word, Chair Yoga fool you. I also share that Chair Yoga isn't just for those with mobility challenges, Chair Yoga classes can also be designed for those with full mobility and need a full body exercise program.
The Peaceful World Wisdom Keepers Programs extend beyond Yoga. We offer a variety of engaging classes that meet the personal needs of most seniors.
