These Moon Modules count towards the 200 YTT and the 200 YTT Meditation Courses (
Welcome to the Manifest with the Moon Workshop and training module. This course is designed to be taken independently from the other modules for CEU credits or students who choose to take all four modules are eligible to receive a 200-Hour Yoga and Meditation Certification once requirements are completed.
When we align ourselves with the phases the moon, we can discover the magic and harness the energy to manifest wellness for ourselves, balance in our daily life, abundance and success, and build lasting and rich relationships that grow deeper over time.
Grandmother Moon presides over our fertility, emotions, and our feminine monthly cycles. Just like the enormous bodies of water are affected by her pull, we too are pulled in different directions during each phase of the moon without understanding why we are feeling unbalanced, exhausted, overworked, or depressed.
During the phases of the moon we can find ourselves between times of quiet reflection and passionate energy. Having these fluctuations in our lives can impact our moods and our behaviors as we live our day to day life, working to make a living and building connections and relationships.
During this five week workshop we will discover how to attune into each phase with our fullness and deeper awareness so we can better practice in each phase to more more emotionally and mentally stable.

During our time together in this module, we will learn about the Regular Moons, such as Flower Moon of May and the Strawberry Moon of June. These are the most common names used in our society today, although moon names can be found across many cultures and traditions. The moons we will learn about originated from a variety of Native American Traditions.
There are three "Other Moons" we will touch on as well. The Harvest Moon, the Blue Moon, and the Black Moon. These moons are seen less often, sometimes not in view for many months and sometimes years.
We will also tap into all Eight Phases of the Moon and learn to attune to the moons rhythms of energy and extraversion, as well as the craving we all seek for solitude and introspection.
Each week, we will enrich our personal sadhana practice by setting intentions that align with the moon phase and our personal goals, learn self-care practices, and build rituals that open you up and bring awareness to each of the phases of the moon and magic the moon harnesses and bring that magic into your own personal life. We will work on building asana (yoga) sequences that coincide with the moon phase, and use pranayama (breath) to guide the movements of our practice. We will deepen our skills in the other areas of the 8 Limb Path
