Peaceful World Yoga instructor, Melissa Spencer, holds weekly classes in both her indoor yoga studio as well as in the outdoor yoga spaces and gardens when weather permits.
Following the Eight Limbed Path, Spencer teaches slow, mindful, and deep Hatha Yoga for health and wellness of the mind as well as the body. Weaving the 8 Limbs of Yoga into each class, students experience the true essence of yoga asana (movements), pranayama (breathing), and the different stages of meditation (Dhyana).
