Coming Home: A Sacred Grounding Practice for Body and Nature

​As the winds grow cooler and the light begins to fade earlier, nature reminds us that slowing down is its own sacred act. Just as the trees release their leaves and the animals retreat into their cozy burrows, we too are invited to return home to our bodies, our breath, and our inner stillness. 
In this Restorative Yoga Practice, we follow nature’s rhythm and honor the Ayurvedic wisdom of the season. This is the time when Vata energy stirs and scatters, and our bodies long for the soothing stability of Kapha, the grounding, earthy element that anchors and holds us in love.

Through supported postures, gentle breath, and mindful rest, you’ll be guided to
• Cozy in with nature’s pace, wrapped in warmth, resting in stillness
• Come home to your body, your first and truest home, steady and wise
• Honor the sacred ground beneath you, feeling its steady pulse beneath every breath

This is not a practice of striving or doing, but one of being, of listening, receiving, and remembering that the Earth is always holding you, even when you forget to hold yourself.

This online offering begins Sunday, October 19 and runs through November 9, 2025 
Each pre-recorded Zoom class will be released on Sundays and delivered directly to your inbox.
Series Dates: October 19, October 26, November 2, and November 9
Exchange: $30 for individual classes or $80 for the full four-class series
